Dr. Juha Kalliopuska (CEO) will give a presentation on the Cr-compensated GaAs sensors and share recent results of Advafab development efforts.
The presentation in the RTSD symposium has been scheduled for session, R-02-02, Monday, 28th October at 16:38 in Rooms 124 & 125.
The presentation is titled “Evaluation of Chromium Compensated Gallium Arsenide Sensors Using Photon Counting Readout Electronics”.
The presentation summarises the GaAs performance results received from the contributing authors. It presents the performance of Advafab’s GaAs sensor in terms of uniformity, stability, and spectral resolution. In addition, the presentation focuses on a high photon flux open beam results up to 1,500 Mcnt/s/mm2 using different readout electronics.
